LivePFS · Lender formats
One statement, on the form your lender asks for
LivePFS maintains one personal financial statement from your connected accounts — updated every day and on demand — and prints it in the format a lender asks for. Every format is a projection of the same statement — the same figures, the same as-of date — so nothing is re-entered and nothing drifts between documents. Today that means the LivePFS Standard statement and SBA Form 413, the SBA’s own personal financial statement for 7(a) and 504 loan files.

Which format do I need?
Match the format to what was actually requested. A lender who asks for “a PFS” wants the statement; a lender who names a form wants that form:
| The lender asked for… | What to send |
|---|---|
| “A personal financial statement” / “a PFS” | The LivePFS Standard statement — the full statement with its schedules, declarations, and the verification certificate. Most lenders accept it as-is. |
| “SBA Form 413” | Choose SBA Form 413 in the download sheet. LivePFS fills the SBA’s form from your statement, section by section; you review it and sign in ink. |
| “SBA Form 2202” / a schedule of liabilities | Coming soon. Today, the free debt schedule template carries the Form 2202 column set; copy the rows from the debt side of your statement. |
| “Our bank’s own form” | Lenders linked with you on LivePFS receive their format automatically when you share. Otherwise, ask for it with the “Your bank’s own form” card above, and send the Standard statement in the meantime. |
Same statement, different paper
A format never changes your numbers. Every document LivePFS produces is a projection of the one statement you maintain — the same assets, liabilities, income, and ownership, at the same as-of date — arranged the way a particular form arranges them. Nothing is re-entered, so nothing drifts between the PDF one lender holds and the form another lender holds.
- Synced balances stay exactly as the institution reported them. A format can present a figure; it can never edit one.
- Every exported PDF carries the verification certificate a lender can scan at livepfs.com/verify to confirm the document is genuine and see which figures came from institutions.
- Formats with official wording print that wording verbatim, with the form’s edition line, and each format page names the edition it follows and when it was last reviewed.
What a format never does
- Sign for you. Government forms print blank signature lines; you review every figure and sign in ink.
- Decide what a lender accepts. Lenders set their own document requirements; the format library follows them.
- Carry an agency’s seal or a bank’s logo without its agreement. Form names identify the documents; the marks belong to their owners.
Questions, answered
Which formats can I choose?
Every borrower can choose from the open formats: the LivePFS Standard statement and SBA Form 413, the SBA’s own personal financial statement. A bank’s own form is applied automatically for lenders you are linked with on LivePFS, and is never something you pick by hand.
Do the numbers change between formats?
No. Every format prints the same statement — the same figures at the same as-of date — arranged the way that form arranges them. Synced balances stay exactly as the institution reported them, and a format can present a figure but never edit it.
Can you add my bank’s form?
Tell us which form your lender asks for through the contact page, naming the bank and the form. Bank forms are added with the bank’s agreement, and we’ll email you when yours is supported. In the meantime, most lenders accept the Standard statement.
Is a free template the same as a format?
No. The free templates are blank documents you fill in by hand or in Excel. A format is produced from your maintained LivePFS statement, so the figures are already there and as current as the statement. The Standard format and the free personal financial statement template share the same page structure.
